Ceremony and Reception (2--4 Hours)

Price range: 800--1,500 euros

The most popular package among couples:

• Everything from the ceremony package
• Additional 45--90 minutes of live music during the champagne reception
• Background music during the reception
• Extended song selection (up to 6 songs)
• Often includes a listening session or personal meeting

The extra charge for the reception is usually only 250--400 euros, since the singer is already on-site.

Complete Package: Full Day (6--10 Hours)

Price range: 1,500--3,000 euros

The all-inclusive package for couples who want musical accompaniment throughout the entire day:

• Ceremony with personalized songs
• Champagne reception with lounge music
• Background music during dinner
• Evening program with party songs
• DJ transition possible
• Unlimited song selection
• Complete technical equipment

What Affects the Price?

1. Performance Duration

The longer the performance, the higher the price. However, most singers do not charge strictly by the hour but offer packages instead. It is often more cost-effective to book a combination package rather than assembling individual services.

2. Experience and Reputation

A full-time singer with years of stage and wedding experience naturally charges more than a hobby musician. In return, you get:

• Reliability and professionalism
• Experience handling unexpected situations
• High-quality equipment
• A well-tested repertoire

3. Travel and Transportation Costs

Travel is usually calculated separately. Common rates are 0.30--0.50 euros per kilometer or a flat fee depending on distance. For longer journeys, accommodation costs may also apply.

Tip: Book a singer from your region. This not only saves travel costs but also means the singer knows the local venues. In the Palatinate (Pfalz) region, around Bad Duerkheim, Neustadt, Mannheim, or Heidelberg, you will find excellent artists.

4. Additional Musicians

A solo singer is the most affordable option. If you want a duo (e.g., singer with guitarist or pianist) or even a trio, costs increase:

• Duo: approximately 30--70 percent surcharge
• Trio: approximately 60--120 percent surcharge

5. Custom Songs Outside the Repertoire

Most singers have a fixed repertoire. If you wish for songs that are not included, an extra charge of 100--200 euros per song is typically applied -- for learning and arranging.

6. Equipment

During the peak season (May to September) and especially on Saturdays, prices are higher than in the off-season. Flexibility can save you money:
